FAQ
WHAT IS THE DURATION OF THE CALIBRATION CERTIFICATE?
The duration of the calibration certificate will be for one year from the date of calibration (in all normal conditions).
WHAT IF WE LOOSE OUR CERTIFICATE?
Servtech follows a procedure in which your calibration records will be securely retained in our database and if you do happen to loose them, we could always provide one for you.
COULD WE GET THE QUALITY MANUAL AND CALIBRATION PROCEDURES?
Servtech follows an open information policy and hence yes, you could request for Servtech’s quality manual or calibration procedures if you need so by emailing us on customerservice@servtech.ae
WHERE IS THE PRESSURE CALIBRATION TRACEABLE TO?
Servtech's pressure calibration is traceable to the appropriate international bodies in accordance to the master used. Our traceability extends to NIST and UKAS.
